Yeah, Nah: Divorce Shitshow

Privacy

Last updated: 14 August 2026

This site exists to give away the toolkit from Yeah, Nah: Divorce Shitshow — 22 AI prompts and 30 printable worksheets. It is run by FE ONYX, in New South Wales, Australia.

This page explains, in plain words, what happens to your information here. It is short because there isn't much to explain.

If you are in an unsafe situation

Some people reading this book are separating from someone who monitors their phone, their email, or their accounts. So, plainly:

What is collected

If you fill in the signup form: your email address. That's it. No name, no phone number, no details about your separation, your children, your finances or your health. Don't put those in the form — there is nowhere for them to go.

Automatically, when you visit: this site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs that may include your IP address, browser type and the pages you opened. This is ordinary web hosting and applies to every site on the internet. We do not read those logs except to keep the site running and secure, we do not link them to your email address, and they are kept no longer than 30 days.

No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. This site runs no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising tags and no third-party cookies. Nobody is building a profile of you here, and nothing about your visit is sold to anyone.

Why

Your email address is used for one thing: to tell you when material is added to the toolkit, or when there's a new book. That's the whole purpose.

Server logs exist so the site can run and stay secure.

Who else sees it

Your email address is stored with MailerLite, the service that manages the mailing list and sends the emails. MailerLite is bound by its own privacy terms and cannot use your address for its own purposes. Its servers are located outside Australia, in the European Union and the United States.

Beyond that: your information is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with any other person or organisation — no exceptions for marketing, partners, or advertisers.

The only circumstance in which information would be disclosed is if required by Australian law.

Unsubscribing

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click, and it's done immediately.

Unsubscribing stops the emails. If you also want your address deleted from the list entirely, email info@feonyx.com.au and say so — it will be gone within 7 days.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

Email info@feonyx.com.au and you can:

Responses within 7 days. No charge.

If something goes wrong

If there is a data breach that could cause serious harm, you will be told directly, along with what happened and what to do about it. Given who reads this book, that notification would come quickly and without spin.

Children

This site is written for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and no information is knowingly collected from children.

Complaints

Email info@feonyx.com.au first — most things are fixable in a day.

If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting people already on the list will be emailed.
