Summary
FE ONYX collects the minimum information needed to respond to you. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it outside the FE ONYX group except where required to operate the site or comply with the law.
This site is operated from Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us. Name, email, organisation and the content of your message when you use the contact form.
- Basic technical data. Standard server logs and, where analytics is enabled, aggregate usage data such as pages viewed and device type.
- Nothing else. We do not collect sensitive information through this site.
How it's used
To reply to your enquiry, to assess opportunities you send us, and to understand at a high level how the site is used so it can be improved.
We keep enquiry records only as long as they are useful or as required by law, then delete them.
Cookies & analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If privacy-respecting analytics is enabled, it is configured without cross-site tracking and without selling data.
Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. This site makes no third-party requests, so no external service sees your visit.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@feonyx.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
